PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snack bar which contains a stearidonic acid ("SDA") or SDA enhanced oil, a serial product having improved nutrition value, and a method for manufacturing a serial product.SOLUTION: A multi layer snack bar includes a first sheet-like serial product and a second sheet-like serial product. The first sheet-like serial product and the second sheet-like serial product include about 40 to about 60 wt.% of a binder raw material and about 40 to about 60 wt.% of a serial mixture. The binder raw material includes stearidonic acid (SDA) enhanced oil and lecithin. The SDA enhanced oil includes about 10 to about 30 wt.% of SDA. The SDA enhanced oil is an SDA enhanced soybean oil. |
