PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service management method.SOLUTION: A service management method includes managing a room where a plurality of users can stay. The room includes a plurality of unit control devices. The service management method includes steps of: generating one use demanding signal by inserting a sensing unit into any one of the plurality of unit control devices; and starting service operation corresponding to any one of the plurality of unit control devices by transmitting a use confirming signal generated in accordance with the use demanding signal to the unit control device. Any one of the plurality of users uses any one of the plurality of unit control devices to obtain the service operation corresponding to the unit control device. |
