<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer unit for radiation constituted to easily and reliably connect a cooled object and a cooling unit.SOLUTION: A heat transfer unit for radiation constituted to transport heat of a cooled object 1 to a cleaning unit 15 by heat pipes 3 and 4, includes a flat heat receiving plate 2 connected to parts 3a and 4a of the heat pipes 3 and 4 at one face 2a, and connected to the cooled object 1 at the other face 2b, flat radiation plates 5 and 6 connected to the other parts 3b, 4b, 3c and 4c of the heat pipes 3 and 4, and bent portions disposed between the parts 3a and 4a and the other parts 3b, 4b, 3c and 4c to permit bending deformation of the heat pipes 3 and 4. The other parts 3b, 4b, 3c and 4c of the heat pipes 3 and 4 extend to a side part of the heat receiving plate 2.</p> |
