<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a volume of an entire image small while maintaining security of the image, and allow for a high-speed display of a latest image to be frequently accessed.SOLUTION: An image search terminal device is configured to: allow a pre-period elapse storage unit 20 to store an image in association with search keys 26 and 27 and registration date 28 of the image; compress the image in which a prescribed period elapses from the registration date to encrypt the compressed image, and cause a post-period elapse storage unit 21 to store the encrypted image in association with the search key and registration date of the image; when the image to be searched for is the image before the prescribed period elapses from the registration date, allow the pre-period elapse storage unit 20 to be searched on the basis of the search key, and display the image; and when the image to be searched for is the image after the prescribed period elapses from the registration date, allow the post-period elapse storage unit 21 to be searched on the basis of the search key, and display the decrypted and decompressed image.</p> |
