PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deterioration in cooling efficiency to an original object to be cooled, the deterioration being caused due to cooling of a substrate that is not the original object to be cooled, in a cooling structure where a cooling fluid transport pipe is installed in a groove to cool an object, the groove being provided in the substrate.SOLUTION: A cooling structure includes a cooling fluid transport pipe and a substrate having a groove formed therein, the cooling fluid transport pipe being installed in the groove. At least a part of wall thickness of the cooling fluid transport pipe at a portion where the cooling fluid transport pipe is not in contact with the groove on the substrate is thinner than the wall thickness at a surface where the cooling fluid transport pipe is in contact with the groove.
