PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative characteristic thermistor whose element size can be down-sized, which has an internal electrode of high coverage having less vaporization of the internal electrode and in which the Mn-Ni-Ti based material having high reliability is used.SOLUTION: A laminate-chip negative characteristic thermistor having a 0603 size includes: a ceramic element made of a ceramic material containing Ti using Mn and Ni as a main component; and an internal electrode including Pd of 70 wt.% or more. |
