PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies and antigen-binding domains which selectively bind to osteoprotegerin-binding protein (OPGbp) and usable for preventing or treating conditions associated with loss of bone mass, as well as nucleic acid molecules encoding them, expression vectors and host cells.SOLUTION: Monoclonal antibodies or antigen-binding domains that bind to a specified amino acid sequence corresponding to from an amino acid residue 212 to an amino acid residue 250 of human osteoprotegerin-binding protein (OPGbp) are OPGbp antagonists or inhibitors that inhibit formation or activation of osteoclast mediated by human OPGbp, usable for preventing or treating the loss of bone mass.
