PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a probability that a socket cover may be moved due to unpredictable reasons.SOLUTION: A pipe joint of this invention comprises a socket 10, an insertion port body 12, a stopper ring 14, and a socket cover 16. The insertion port body 12 is connected to the socket 10. The stopper ring 14 passes through a stopper ring insertion hole and is fitted into a cavity part of the insertion port body 12. The socket cover 16 is arranged at the outer circumference of the socket 10. The socket 10 has a plug connecting part and a pipe connecting part. The pipe connecting part is communicated with the plug connecting part. The outer circumferential surface of the pipe connecting part is provided with a linear protrusion part. The socket cover 16 has a motion restricting part, an insertion hole cover part and a fixing part. The motion restricting part moves along the linear protrusion part of the socket 10. The insertion hole cover part covers, from outside of the socket 10, the stopper ring insertion hole and the stopper ring 14. The fixing part fixes the motion restricting part to the linear protrusion part while the motion restricting part is kept at a prescribed state. |
