PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mix powder for manufacturing a foamy seasoning which stably maintains foams in a wide range of temperature and effectively prevents the separation of a foam part and a liquid part for a long period, while the texture excellent in meltability in the mouth is easily preserved for use in a restaurant or at home.SOLUTION: A mix powder which is mixed with a liquid to manufacture a foamy seasoning includes a gelatinizer which is stable against change in temperature. The gelatinizer which is stable against change in temperature is a gelatinizer having high viscosity even at elevated temperature, and examples thereof include curdlan and pectin.
