PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a bathtub capable of smoothly adjusting an interval between a body tool and a pressure reception tool and also firmly coupling the body tool with the pressure reception tool.SOLUTION: A handrail for a bathtub includes: a body tool 5 with a handrail 4 attached thereto; a pressure reception tool 7 formed by including a pressure reception plate 6 arranged to face one side surface of a sidewall 1 of a bathtub; and a pressure plate 9 that is moved in a direction to be close to or separated from the other side surface of the sidewall 1 of the bathtub with the operation of an operation handle 8. The pressure reception tool 7 includes: a vertical member 36 to which the pressure reception plate 6 is attached; and a slide bar 12 horizontally extending from the upper end of the vertical member 36. Multiple screw holes 15 are formed in the upper surface of an upper piece and multiple through-holes 14 are formed in the slide bar. Machine screws 13 are screwed onto the screw holes 15 arranged in the upper piece, to thereby enable the slide bar to be fixedly screwed onto the upper piece. The number of the through-holes 14 is greater than that of the screw holes 15. |
