<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composite pigment.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a core particle containing at least a kind of polysaccharide, where the wet point of oil is at least 25 ml/100 g, preferably 35-600 ml/100 g, more preferably 40-500 ml/100 g, and the wet point of water is at least 50 ml/100 g, preferably 100-600 ml/100 g, more preferably 150-500 ml/100 . The surface of the core particle is at least partially covered with at least one coating layer containing at least one kind of particulate solid organic UV filter. The compound pigment according to the present invention can bring, even in a water phase, effective UV filter effect, in particular, the UV-A filter effect. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic composition containing the compound pigment.</p> |
