PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the protrusion of a column formwork and a beam formwork into a room without lowering a degree of freedom of a layout plan, to improve a degree of a freedom of an area and a position of an opening part, to make a structure open and wide, and convenient in use, and to obtain favorable lighting and a nice view.SOLUTION: A frame surface 7 of a Ramen structure is arranged at one side of an inter-beam direction in a ridge direction, and an earthquake resistance wall 10 is connected to a column 5 of the frame surface 7 of the Ramen structure at one side of the inter-beam direction, and aligned in a row in the ridge direction. The earthquake resistance wall 10 is formed of an earthquake resistance wall thin-thickness part 10a which is connected to the column 5, and relatively small in thickness and rigidity, and an earthquake resistance heavy-thickness part 10b which is located at the other side of the inter-beam direction, and relatively large in thickness and rigidity. A floor slab 20 sandwiched between the opposing earthquake resistance walls 10, 10 is formed of a floor slab thin-thickness part 20a which is arranged at a position corresponding to the earthquake resistance thin-thickness part 10a, and relatively small in thickness and rigidity, and a floor slab heavy-thickness part 20b which is arranged at a position corresponding to the earthquake resistance heavy-thickness part 10b, and relatively large in thickness and rigidity. A building 1 is supported by a seismic isolator 30.
|
