A computer implemented method for generating automated responses to email real estate queries received from a real estate advertising web server. The method may comprise configuring a relational database with additional information for a plurality of properties, receiving, via a data network from a real estate advertising web server, an email query; parsing the email query to identify the property street address or other unique identifier; selecting, from the database, additional information for the property; generating a response email message comprising the additional information and at least one hyperlink or web form uniquely associated with the property; sending, via the data network, the electronic response communication message to the web user email address; receiving, via the data network, a web request for the at least one hyperlink or web form; identifying an action request in accordance with the web request; and updating the database in accordance with the action request. |
