The present invention relates to a method and a device for determining a connection type between a terminal and a base station and performing a handover in wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity. A method for configuring a connection by a terminal in a wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity according to the present invention comprises the steps of: sensing an occurrence of a handover event; selecting a macro base station and a small base station which have the largest reception signal intensity, respectively; identifying whether the terminal supports a dynamic coupling regarding the dual connectivity; and determining a connection type between the terminal and a certain base station on the basis of the selected base station and the identification result.
