A server power management device (40) is provided with a controller (43) for instructing a plurality of facilities (10) to apply a first operation pattern by which the facilities (10) are controlled so that a desired operation result is obtained through coordination between the facilities (10). When a facility to be stopped operating is stopped, the controller (43) changes the operation pattern applied to the facilities (10) from the first operation pattern to a second operation pattern. The second operation pattern is one in which the facilities (10) other than the facility to be stopped are controlled so that the operation result obtained by coordination between the facilities (10) excluding the facility to be stopped approaches the desired operation result. |
