<p>Provided are a lightweight aluminum-based return tube, a production method therefor, a production feeding device and an application thereof. The return tube comprises a mother tube (1) and a capillary tube (3), which are made of aluminum-based materials. The mother tube (1) and the capillary tube (3) are connected side by side in a solderless welding mode. A copper-aluminum joint is used at the bottom of the mother tube (1) so that the all-aluminum return tube can be connected with other components. The aluminum-based materials are metallic aluminum, aluminum alloy, aluminum-clad copper material or copper-clad aluminum material. Parallel straight welding is applied to the welding portion of the mother tube (1) and the capillary tube (3) so that the respective parameters such as the outer diameters and the ovalities of the mother tube (1) and the capillary tube (3) would not be influenced.</p> |
