ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER USING FERROELECTRIC POLYMER

摘要

The present invention relates to an ultrasonic transducer using a ferroelectric polymer. The present invention includes a single crystal P(VDF-TrFE) layer, a top electrode and a bottom electrode which are formed on the upper and lower sides of the single crystal P(VDF-TrFE) layer, and a low melting point PVDF-based polymer layer which is formed between the single crystal P(VDF-TrFE) layer and the top and bottom electrodes. The present invention implements a uniform thin adhesion layer with a thickness of about 1um and improves a thermal stability.
