PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user, through a simple manipulation, to modify the amount of change between values to be switchingly displayed on a display unit as setting value candidates for a function operable on a device and display switching speed at which the values are switched.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 includes: a display unit 14; a control unit 100; a touch panel unit 141; a first movement information detection unit 102 which detects a direction and amount M1 of movement from an initial point touched by a user to a first stop point; a second movement information detection unit 103 which detects an amount M2 of movement in a preset direction from the first stop point to a second stop point; a numerical change amount computation unit 104 for computing the amount of change in numerical value between each switching of the displayed value using the movement amount M1; and a switching speed computation unit 105 for computing switching speed for each switching of the displayed value using the movement amount M2 detected by the second movement information detection unit 103. The control unit 100 sequentially switches the displayed value changing the value by the computed amount of change and uses the computed switching speed as switching speed for switching the displayed value.
