PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator widespread disaster restoration support system capable of accurately predicting elevator stop due to an earthquake.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: an observation-site locating unit 12 comparing observation site information acquired from an earthquake and seismic intensity information distribution service 1 with an elevator installation location, and locating a closest observation site to the elevator; a seismic-intensity identifying unit 13 identifying a seismic intensity of the closest observation site to the elevator located by the observation-site locating unit 12 as a seismic intensity of the elevator while referring to seismic information acquired from the earthquake and seismic information distribution service 1; an earthquake-caused-elevator-stop information recording unit 17 recording earthquake-caused elevator stop information; and a stopped elevator identifying unit 14 identifying whether the elevator is to be stopped by the earthquake on the basis of the earthquake-caused-elevator-stop information recorded in the earthquake-caused-elevator-stop information recording unit 17 and the seismic intensity of the elevator identified by the seismic intensity identifying unit 13.
