PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction device capable of generating sufficient reaction with excellent space efficiency.SOLUTION: A reaction device 31 includes: a foundation member 32 provided on the ground G; a reaction receiving member 33 provided on the foundation member 32 to receive a thrust of a jack propelling excavating means such as a cutting edge and a shield machine; a connection member 34 which connects the foundation member 32 to the reaction receiving member 33 on a jack side of the reaction receiving member 33, is provided so as to be tilted with respect to the foundation member 32, and transfers the thrust of the jack received by the reaction receiving member 33 to the foundation member 32; and anchor members 35 each of which has one end side provided to be fixed to the foundation member 32 and is buried in the ground G so as to be tilted in a direction for propelling the excavating means. |
