PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with good cleanability and excellent durability.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer on a conductive support. The protective layer contains a metal oxide, a photocurable resin as a binder resin, and a photoreactivity graft polymer. A branch part of the photoreactivity graft polymer is made of silicone. An acryloyl group or methacryloyl group is included as a reactive group.
