A constant air volume control method applied to an ECM in a HVAC system, comprising the following steps: step A) obtaining an external input target air volume value Qset, running a motor if the motor is under shutdown state and a microprocessor obtaining an initial rotating speed n of the motor, and the microprocessor obtaining a current rotating speed n of the motor if the motor is under running state; step B) the microprocessor converting the target air volume value Qset and the rotating speed n of the motor to a corresponding bus current calculated value Itad by using a function Itad = f(n), and detecting a real-time bus current Ibus, wherein Itad represents the bus current and n represents the rotating speed of the motor; and step C) on the basis of the real-time bus current Ibus detected, the microprocessor comparing the bus current calculated value Itad with the real-time bus current Ibus for the purpose of closed-loop control. The constant air volume control method is simple in mathematical models and algorithms, low in cost and requirements for the operation capability of CPU, and relatively high in control precision. |
