Compact drainage fixtures of the drainage hub are able to drain surface and ground water from the surrounding environment so that the drained water can be transferred into an outfall through the water transfer pipe. The water transfer pipe can also interconnect additional drainage hubs in order to accommodate for a larger drainage area. The particle filter system is laid atop the drainage hub and the water transfer pipe, where the particle filter system functions as the initial filtration system in addition to the secondary filtration system of the compact drainage fixtures.
