<p>Disclosed are raw materials and a preparation method for a resin adhesive for use in a clumping bamboo integrated extrudate. The raw materials comprise: formaldehyde, a phenol, anhydrous sodium sulfate, urea, oleic acid, rosin powder, and water, also comprise propylene glycol and caustic soda solution or caustic soda flakes. The preparation method employs said raw materials. The resin adhesive of the present invention is for use in a clumping bamboo integrated extrudate. The strength of a glued bamboo extrudate fully meets a strength requirement for a structured extrudate. The clumping bamboo integrated extrudate so manufactured is not prone to cracking and deformation, high in weather resistance, low in impregnation peel rate, tightly glued, thus not prone to moisture absorption, and small in expansion coefficient, thus not prone to mold growth.</p> |
