PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus of cooperative multifunctional communication for reducing redundant processing and extend battery life, in which two mobile devices are capable of initiating data transfer operation with one another within a Personal Area Network (PAN) and capable of determining their respective geographic coordinates via a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS).SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a controller configured to determine capabilities of at least one remote access terminal, and delegate at least one task to the at least one remote access terminal on the basis of the capabilities. |
