PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device configured to stabilize contact resistance between a land part that conducts with an electrode layer and an upper wiring part formed in a layer thereon, and to prevent an electrostatic destruction phenomenon at a boundary part between the land part and a lower wiring part.SOLUTION: Land parts 23e and 23f are formed at the top ends of lower wiring parts 22e and 22f extending from an electrode layer, and upper wiring parts made of silver paste formed in a layer thereon is brought into contact with the land parts 23e and 23f. The upper wiring parts are joined to the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) layer of the land parts 23e and 23f so that contact resistance can be stabilized. While the electric resistance of an ITO layer is high, a boundary part between the land parts 23e and 23f and the lower wiring parts 22e and 22f is formed of a laminate 26 constituted of the ITO layer and a meatal layer so that the electrostatic destruction of laminate regions 27e and 27f can be easily prevented. |
