PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel construction method capable of easily performing an inspection work while an air conditioning performance is kept in superior condition.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a radiation panel construction method for fixing a radiation panel 1 to a supporting part 52 arranged at a ceiling 50 of a structure. The method comprises the steps of fixing and connecting. The fixing step includes fixing of each of radiation panels 1 in such a way that one inlet part 22 of adjoining radiation panels 1, 1' while holding the supporting part 52 may be adjacent to the other outlet part 24. The connecting step comprises connecting the inlet part 22 and the outlet part 24 adjacent to each other while holding the supporting part 52 by the first connecting pipe 32, and connecting the outlet part 24 of a turning extremity end where the first connecting pipe 32 is not connected, to the inlet part 22 of another radiation panel 1 by the second connecting pipe 34. The second connecting pipe 34 is formed to have a surplus length longer than the first connecting pipe 32.
