PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and a processing tool of a work piece reducing a period of time of a production cycle and improving productivity.SOLUTION: A processing tool 1 comprises: a plurality of brushes 3 and 3 rotationally driven so as to deburr a cutting work portion of a work piece; and a plurality of blades 4 and 4 rotationally driven together with individual ones of the plurality of brushes 3 and 3 so as to generate air flow toward the cutting work portion of the work piece. The processing tool 1 can blow off foreign substances after deburring the cutting work portion of the work piece by the air flow generated by the individual blades 4 and 4 being rotationally driven simultaneously when deburring the cutting work portion of the work piece by the individual brushes 3 and 3 being rotationally driven, and a deburring step and a foreign substance removal step independently and individually performed in the prior art can be consolidated into one step. Accordingly, a production cycle can be greatly reduced and productivity can be improved.
