PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device mounting structure, a valve device mounting method, and a valve device de-mounting method, which can mount a gate valve and a valve device while performing non-interrupted construction in a non-interrupted state and can demount the gate valve and the valve device for a long term detention.SOLUTION: A structure mounts a valve device in a non-interrupted state on the shell 1 including: a pipeline part 8, in which a fluid flows; a bore part 12 formed in the pipeline part 8; a neck part 11 communicating with the bore part and having an open end part 13. The neck part 11 includes: an opening 14 capable of mounting a valve device having a valve body capable of opening and closing said neck part; and a plug body 21 for sealing the opening 14 and the open end part 13.
