PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a plurality of articles from being carried out when supply of electric power is interrupted during carrying-out of the article.SOLUTION: An article carrying-out device 20a includes: a lower pedal 29 and an upper pedal 28 which move to and away from an article storage passage 13; and a pedal link 35 which links them to each other. The article carrying-out device 20a moves the pedal link 35 downwards in a standby state so as to restrict an article from moving downwards and also moves the pedal link 35 upward for driving so as to carry out a bottom article downwards. The article carrying-out device 20a includes: an output gear 443 which is linked to the motor 43 through a worm gear 441 and also rotates by the drive force of the motor 43 transmitted through the worm gear 441; and a link lever 46 which keeps the pedal link 35 in a moved-up state when coming into slide contact with a cam part 443a provided in the output gear 443 and allows the pedal link 35 to move downwards when released from being in slide contact with the cam part 443a.
