摘要 The present invention relates to a fusion protein for reversibly activating RTK signal transmission by means of light and relates to a use thereof, and the invention provides a fusion protein in which a light induced dimer forming protein is coupled to the C-terminal of a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) protein or a modified RTK protein which has been modified so as to eliminate a ligand binding site of the RTK protein or ensure that the ligand does not bind.
