摘要 Provided is a semiconductor laser device having an external resonator constituted by comprising semiconductor laser light-emitting points (2a, 2b) for emitting a plurality of laser beams with different wavelengths, a coupling optical system (5) for spatially overlapping the plurality of laser beams emitted from the semiconductor laser, a wavelength dispersion element (6) for overlapping the plurality of beams that have overlapped into a single beam by wavelength dispersion, and a partial reflection mirror (7) for reflecting a portion of the single beam back to the wavelength dispersion element. When the wavelength dispersion element width is defined as the width of the wavelength dispersion element in the direction in which the single beam is separated into a plurality of beams during wavelength dispersion, and the normal oscillation beam is defined as the beam when a normal oscillation has been established, the wavelength dispersion element width and the width of the normal oscillation beam are the same.
