The present invention relates to a sign board for advertisement, which may be installed indoors or outdoors. The purpose of the present invention is to provide intensity of illumination of the front surface with a simple configuration, display a thick configuration with a three-dimensional effect while being a thin configuration, and provide a slim-type sign board for advertisement, which may expect an external appearance improvement by additionally installing an auxiliary advertisement board with excellent visibility at night. Therefore, The present invention relates to a slim-type sign board (1) for advertisement, coupled with an advertisement panel (4) lighted up by a light source (3) installed on an upper horizontal material (22) on the inside of a rectangular frame (2) configured by using a vertical material (21) and the horizontal material (22) formed of a bracket-shaped angle. The advertisement panel (4) includes: a light guide plate (41) formed of transparent acryl or polycarbonate; a light-diffusing coating layer (42) formed by mixing a light diffusing agent with ink applied on the back side of the light guide plate (41); a reflecting sheet (43) adhered to the back side of the light-diffusing coating layer (42); a 3D film sheet (44) formed of a semi-transparent material, wherein the light source (3) attached to the front surface of the light guide plate (41) is transmitted; and a front plate (45) disposed on the front surface of the 3D film sheet (44), formed of transparent acryl or polycarbonate, and in which an advertising phrase (46) printed on a film is attached to the front surface or the back surface.
