The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for preventing chicken necrotizing enterocolitis and a manufacturing method thereof, which is manufactured by deactivating toxins of Clostridium perfringens generating chicken necrotizing enterocolitis. A vaccine composition for preventing chicken necrotizing enterocolitis of the present invention is configured to comprise luxS which is a type A antigenic protein derived from Clostridium perfringens. Desirably, the present invention provides a vaccine composition for preventing chicken necrotizing enterocolitis comprising an addition of pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant.
