The present invention relates to a cooking method of deep-fried sweet potato with sugar coat. According to an embodiment, provided is a cooking method of deep-fried sweet potato with sugar coat, which comprises the steps of: (1) preparing sweet potato as cutting sweet potato with the constant size; (2) inserting cooking oil in a heating container provided with a steam hole having the floor surface in embossing form capable of maintaining a lip and a main body tight and discharging steam to the outside; (3) inserting the sweet potato and sugar in the heating container; (4) frying the sweet potato at low temperatures in a state with the lid closed and the steam hole opened; (5) confirming whether to discharge steam from the steam hole; and (6) heating the heating container at low temperatures with the lid closed after stirring the sweet potato with the lid opened when confirming the discharge of the steam. |
