The present invention relates to a tablet for a supplementary health food using stingray and Ilex cornuta Lindl. and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method for tablet for a supplementary health food using stingray and Ilex cornuta Lindl. includes an ingredient preparing step of preparing stingray, Ilex cornuta Lindl., Achyranthes japonica (Miq.) Nakai, Sambucus sieboldiana, Climbing Bagbane, Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH, malt and Massa medicata fermentata; crushing and drying the same respectively to prepare 100 parts by weight of dried stingray powders; and preparing 23-27 parts by weight of dried Ilex cornuta Lindl. powders, 47-53 parts by weight of dried Achyranthes japonica (Miq.) Nakai powders, 23-27 parts by weight of dried Sambucus sieboldiana powders, 23-27 parts by weight of dried Sambucus sieboldiana powders, 6-9 parts by weight of Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH powders, 6-9 parts by weight of dried malt powders and 8-12 parts by weight of dried Massa medicata fermentata powders, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the dried stingray powders. |
