Class 64(1) A stove or furnace for supplying hot air comprises a firebox having a gas burner 12 or burners, an air-receiving chamber 15 outside the firebox and at one side of the stove or furnace, a pipe 20 and an inlet 32 to deliver primary and secondary air from the air-receiving chamber respectively to the burner or burners and into the lower part of the firebox, and an outlet 25 from the firebox for the hot air resultirig from the mixing of the secondary air with the combustion gases and hot air from the burner or burners. A regulator 33 sliding on the air pipe 20 and operated by a rod 34 controls the secondary air supply.</p> |
