PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the link of a massage machine where a lubrication component is not easily deteriorated, and also to provide the massage machine including the link.SOLUTION: Each link 200 of a massage machine is connected to a massage arm to which massage balls are attached or to an intermediate component for transmitting power to the massage arm, so as to convert the rotation of a rotation shaft into a linear motion and to transmit the motion to the massage arm or the intermediate component. The link 200 includes: a cylinder 210 to which the rotation shaft is inserted; and a link arm 220 to be connected to the massage arm or the intermediate component. The link arm 220 is projected from the outer periphery of the middle part of the cylinder 210. A lubrication component 310 to be impregnated with lubrication oil is arranged in the middle part of the cylinder 210 in the longitudinal direction in an internal space that is the space formed inside the cylinder 210.
