PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a load of a charge/discharge controller be relatively small and make it possible to deal with large scale photovoltaic power generation and a large scale wind power generation station.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge controller for controlling charge/discharge with respect to a plurality of secondary batteries connected in parallel to an inverter, comprises: a State Of Charge (SOC) acquisition unit for acquiring the SOC of each of the secondary batteries; a SOC determination unit for determining whether or not all of the SOCs of the secondary batteries acquired by the SOC acquisition unit are within a predetermined SOC range; an instruction following control unit for controlling the inverter so that the inverter makes the secondary batteries output current shown by a charge/discharge instruction, when it is determined that all of the SOCs of the secondary batteries acquired by the SOC acquisition unit are within the predetermined SOC range; and a constant voltage control unit for controlling the inverter so that the inverter applies a predetermined voltage to a secondary battery, when it is determined that the secondary battery's SOC of all of the SOCs of the secondary batteries acquired by the SOC acquisition unit is out of the SOC range. |
