<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a hydroxyl radical-containing water, capable of more stably and accurately controlling the hydroxyl radical concentration.SOLUTION: A device 10 for manufacturing a hydroxyl radical-containing water includes: a pure water supply part 20, an ozone dissolving part 30 which dissolves ozone into the pure water; a mixing part 40 of an ozone decomposition inhibitor disposed upstream or downstream the ozone dissolving part 30; ozone concentration stabilizing means which stabilizes the ozone concentration in the water containing ozone and the ozone decomposition inhibitor; a mixing part 60 of hydrogen peroxide disposed downstream the ozone concentration stabilizing means; a hydroxyl radical measuring part 70 which measures the concentration of radical species containing at least hydroxyl radicals; and a hydrogen peroxide control part 71 which controls the amount of hydrogen peroxide to be supplied to the mixing part 60 of hydrogen peroxide, on the basis of the measured concentration of the radical species containing at least hydroxyl radicals.</p> |
