<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD converter capable of achieving desired resolution while preventing increase of circuit cost and/or mounting area.SOLUTION: An AD converter 101 includes: a reference voltage generation circuit 10 that generates a measurement range of electric potential difference between the reference voltage VDD4 and the reference voltage VSS; an AD converter that converts an analog signal into a digital signal by using the measurement range; and a conversion result determination/determination control signal generation circuit 30 that changes the dimension of the measurement range as time passes by controlling the reference voltage generation circuit 10.</p> |
