<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blurring correction device capable of saving power consumption by reducing inertia moment during the rotation of an image pick-up element moving portion.SOLUTION: A blurring correction device is equipped with a fixed portion 41 on which one of a coil 44 or a magnet 45 is disposed; a moving portion 42 on which the other of the coil and the magnet and an image pick-up element 11 are disposed, and coupled to the fixed portion so as to rotate about an image pick-up center P of the image pick-up element or an axis passing through the periphery of the image pick-up center P and vertical to an image pick-up surface; a burring detecting portion 15 for detecting blurring; a rotation angle detecting portion 20 for detecting a rotation angle of the moving portion; and a control portion 12 for controlling a rotary position of the moving portion to the fixed portion by controlling the coil on the basis of the output of the blurring detecting portion and the rotation angle detecting portion.</p> |
