When it is necessary to warm both a battery and an engine (61), a control device (70) of a vehicular heat management system controls a first switch valve (21) and a second switch valve (22) so as to achieve a battery warming state such that a heating medium is circulated between a battery temperature adjusting heat exchanger (20) and a heating medium heating heat exchanger (15) and such that the heating medium is not circulated between a coolant-coolant heat exchanger (18) and the heating medium heating heat exchanger (15). When a temperature (Tb) of the battery exceeds a battery warming target temperature (Tbo) in the battery warming state, the control device (70) controls the first switch valve (21) and the second switch valve (22) so as to achieve an engine warming state such that the heating medium is circulated between the coolant-coolant heat exchanger (18) and the heating medium heating heat exchanger (15) and such that the heating medium is not circulated between the battery temperature adjusting heat exchanger (20) and the heating medium heating heat exchanger (15).
