PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improvement in ease-of-use with respect to a modification to a minute after a conference is ended.SOLUTION: An electronic conference system 1 preparing a minute comprises: a host device; and a participant terminal that is connected to the host device with a radio and/or wired network. The participant terminal includes transmission means for transmitting an own terminal ID and user name, and conference information pertain to own remarks to the host device, and the host device includes storage means for storing the own terminal ID, user name and conference information transmitted from the participant terminal in association with time information, and preparation means for, after a conference is ended, preparing a minute on the basis of the own terminal ID, user name and conference information stored in association with the time information. |
