摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the necessary heating capacity of a refrigeration cycle.SOLUTION: A vehicle thermal management system comprises control means 70 controlling a first selector valve 21 and a second selector valve 22 into a battery warm-up state in which a heating medium circulates between a battery-temperature-control heat exchanger 20 and a heating-medium-heating heat exchanger 15 and in which no heating medium circulates between a coolant-coolant heat exchanger 18 and the heating-medium-heating heat exchanger 15 if it is necessary to warm up both a battery and an engine 61, and controlling the first selector valve 21 and the second selector valve 22 into an engine warm-up state in which the heating medium circulates between the coolant-coolant heat exchanger 18 and the heating-medium-heating heat exchanger 15 and in which no heating medium circulates between the battery-temperature-control heat exchanger 20 and the heating-medium-heating heat exchanger 15 if a temperature Tb of the battery exceeds a battery warm-up target temperature Tbo in the battery warm-up state.
