PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment instrument which can improve unity of a field of vision and an image and can simplify operation.SOLUTION: A medical treatment instrument 1 includes: a long insertion member 2 which can be bent in a prescribed direction and is inserted in a patient's body; an image transmission member 3 which has an image acquisition part 31 that acquires an image on an axial direction end side of the insertion member 2; an image direction setting part 4 which can set a direction of an image to a prescribed direction matched to an insertion part of the insertion member 2 with respect to a curvature direction of the insertion member 2; and an image rotation part 4 which rotates an image or the image transmission member 3 so that the image faces in the direction set by the image direction setting part 4. |
