PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning which is easy to use and imparts a mellow flavor (aroma) and a simmered taste derived from balsamic vinegar to any of heated foods and unheated foods (including cooked foods).SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning includes balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, with a balsamic vinegar content of 5 to 40 mass% relative to the total of the liquid seasoning. The liquid seasoning may further include another vinegar, a fruit juice, a thickener, and the like. |
