摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery system which can prevent an increase in internal resistance of the secondary battery caused by a shortage of an electrolyte to further improve charge and discharge cycle characteristics of the secondary battery.SOLUTION: A secondary battery system 1 of the present embodiment comprises: a secondary battery 10 including a power generation element which has a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and which is housed in a housing body together with an electrolyte, a secondary battery 10, in which an electrolyte layer is formed between the separator and at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode; pressing means 20 for pressing a surface of the housing body in a thickness direction of the power generation element to adjust a thickness of the secondary battery 10; detection means 30 for detecting an internal resistance value of the secondary battery 10; and control means 40 for controlling the pressing means 20 so that when the internal resistance value is a predetermined resistance value, so as to make a ratio of a total thickness of the positive electrode, the negative electrode, the separator and the electrolyte layer to a total thickness of the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator in the thickness direction of the power generation element become a predetermined ratio value.</p>
