PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively and efficiently evaluate the landscape of the whole area of an object.SOLUTION: A landscape quantification device 1 for calculating the quantitative value of the landscape of an object by using a virtual three-dimensional space includes: first viewpoint image creation means 30 for creating a first viewpoint image in which a non-target object is projected to a first virtual screen from a viewpoint set in a target object; effective calculation point determination means 40 for determining the polygons of the non-target object plotted in the first viewpoint image; second viewpoint image creation means 50 for setting each of the determined polygons as a new viewpoint, and for creating a second viewpoint image in which the target object is projected to a second virtual screen from the new viewpoint; and quantitative value calculation means 60 for calculating the quantitative value of the landscape in the case of observing the object from at least one new viewpoint.
