<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an etalon filter capable of improving productivity and long-term reliability without causing an increase in product cost.SOLUTION: An etalon filter comprises: first and second base plates 11, 12 each composed of a transparent member and arranged facing each other; a light transmission area 10A provided in advance on a center part of the base plates; a junction area which is an opposite surface area positioned around the light transmission area 10A; and a base plate body 10 obtained by bonding the base plates 11, 12 to each other with a metal layer 13 interposed therebetween in the junction area. The metal layer 13 is set in advance so that a space layer of the light transmission area 10A has a thickness for transmitting light Lof a certain wavelength. The metal layer 13 is formed by a method such as sputtering. A linear partition part 15 which is a holding arm trace of a holding arm for a mask arranged over the light transmission area when the metal layer 13 is formed, is formed from the center part of the light transmission area toward each end side of the base plates 11, 12.</p> |
